I havent gone to any support groups, but I am trying to find one I had surgery 1/23/6 . im at a stand still with my weight and feel me going back to my old habits, I try not to but I dont relize it till after the fact, or maybe i do, just dont want to admit to it..anyway her I am..

Hi Cindy,
I was a regular at the support meetings for the Sharp bariatric surgeons group until I started a graduate program. It just completed, so I'm gonna go back to meetings this month. There's one tonight (2nd Monday of the month) for nutritional support. Then on the 3rd Monday of the month is for people who have been out of surgery for a while or who have relapsed. I always like these meetings, but like I said, I haven't been in a while. I'll probably go tonight, and I'll definitely be there next Monday.
